What will happen to my remaining campaign budget If I do not want to run the campaign for now?

In case you no longer wish to run your campaign and would like to stop it, you can seek a refund for the undelivered portion of your budget.

Process – Unused amount of campaign budget will be added in your main account within 48 hours of campaign being stopped.

To check your account balance, please go to the ‘Billings’ tab. It’ll reflect the refunded amount once the refund is complete. You can use these funds for your future campaigns.

In case you would not want to run another campaign and would like to transfer the account balance to your original billing method, please reach out to us at adsmanager@ZEE5.com and we will help you.

What are the available payment methods and how do I make a payment?

On ZEE5 Ads Manager to run campaigns you can make the payments through credit cards. We accept the following credit cards.

  2. 2. Mastercard
  3. 3. American Express

Avail, the credit to run the campaign from the ZEE5 Ads Manager and pay us in the billing cycle. Reach out to ZEE5 Ads Manager support for more details.

How will I get the invoice and what If I have issues with invoice?

ZEE5 Ads Manager team will send receipts and invoices to the primary contacts mailbox. The receipt will be shared in 5-7 working days. Post receipt of payment, the invoice will be shared by 5th working day of the billing month.

In the billing section you can find the invoice tab from there you can download invoice and send invoice via email.

Transaction history will be available on the billing management.
